ALeader sales and support teams have developed methodology and material, which make many services available to its customers through the remote connection.
Company offers to its existing and potential customers real-time online product demonstration for most of its AOI and SPI models.
The demo includes the product presentation and the actual programming and operation on the system using various PCB samples available at ALeader office or on the boards sent by customer.
Number of products are available for the demo, such as ALD8720S – Full 3D Automatic Optical Inspection system, ALD6720S – 3D Solder Paste Inspection system, ALD7120 – i3D Offline AOI, FAI app – First Article Inspection application, and more..
In addition ALeader offers to its customers and distributors to conduct from remote the advance and basic training sessions for all products. New system installation can be also supported through the remote connection. Customer will need to unpack, place and level the machine, connect it to the internet – all the rest, including adjustment, configuration, calibration and the training will be done via Zoom connection.
