Sales Manager Europe

ALeader Europe, the producer of world-class AOI and SPI systems, is looking for a proven strategic sales leader who will be responsible for expanding our distributor network, developing and executing the sales strategy that results in revenue growth in the region of Europe, setting sales goals with our business partners and work collaboratively with them to ensure achievement and sustainment.

The position also includes establishing and managing the local ALeader office and the demo center, recruiting and, managing new team members.

Availability for frequent travel within Europe is required.

Education and Experience:

  • BS in Business, Marketing, Engineering [preferred]
  • Proven record in SMT sales equipment, such as AOI, X-Ray, Pick and Place, Printers, ICT, Flying Probe, Vapor ovens and similar, in Europe
  •  Outside sales experience in AOI and SPI is an advantage
  •   Strong customer references
  • 3-5 years of sales management experience
  • Language: Fluent and well-spoken with excellent writing skills in English and in additional European language (German preferred)
