ALEADER Introduces Dual-Sided and 3D AOI Innovations at Productronica 2025
From November 18 to 21, 2025, ALEADER Europe will take part in Productronica in Munich, a global event for electronics manufacturing. At Hall A2, Booth 248, the company will present three new inspection systems aimed at improving speed, accuracy, and inspection reliability on the production floor.

ALEADER’s exhibition will feature three new systems tailored for high-volume SMT and demanding quality control environments.
Top-Bottom Parallel Inspection
This system performs simultaneous inspection of both sides of a PCB. It eliminates the need for board flipping or extra handling, reducing cycle time and minimizing alignment issues in double-sided production lines.
UV Conformal Coating Inspection
This solution uses UV illumination and optical pattern recognition to verify coating coverage. It detects undercoating, overflow, and irregular patterns, making it ideal for sectors that require strict environmental protection, including automotive, aerospace, and medical electronics.
High-Resolution 3D AOI
Part of the ALD8700S platform, this machine provides detailed 3D measurements of component height, solder volume, and positional accuracy. It supports inspection of fine-pitch components and delivers high data integrity for process evaluation and quality assurance. With programmable inspection parameters and structured light scanning, it enables accurate detection of defects such as lifted leads, insufficient solder, and coplanarity issues.
Reliable Results through Smart Algorithms
All systems integrate ALEADER’s proprietary image processing and inspection logic, supported by adaptive algorithms trained to identify common and complex defects. Features include:
